About the event

15-20 bakers will feed a crowd of hungry guests and an esteemed panel of judges at one raucous, delicious, unforgettable, bake off to benefit New York Cares.

About New York Cares:

New York Cares is New York City’s leading volunteer organization.  Founded in 1987, New York Cares enables 43,000 volunteers each year to serve on hands-on volunteer projects benefiting almost 1,000 social service agencies, homeless shelters, public schools, and other deserving organizations.  Last year, New York Cares volunteers helped 450,000 New Yorkers in need.  For more information, visit www.newyorkcares.org.

Financial Sponsorship

The easiest way to help out is with a tax-deductible financial donation, which you can make here.

For your donation of $250 dollars, you will receive:

•    two passes to the event;
•    recognition on our website and onstage at the event; and,
•    the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you’ve done something really good for your fellow New Yorkers.

For your donation of $500 or more, you will receive:

•    ALL of the above; plus,
•    your name or logo listed prominently on event signage; and,
•    the opportunity to present an award during the ceremony.

Donate door prizes and raffle prizes

This is a great way to help us make the event memorable for our guests and get your business or product into the hearts and minds of your fellow New Yorkers. Prizes can be anything you think our guests will like – gift certificates to bakeries or restaurants, kitchen gadgets, clothes, mp3 players, you name it.

For in-kind donations valued at $100 dollars and above, we will offer two passes to the event.
